I'm taking that as a no.

There was never any campaign matchmaking for Halo 3 and it most definitely wouldn't have been able to support 16 players even if there was.

Allow me to reiterate - trolololololol.

I'm not joking, I swear on my life, and all of my future children I remember this, and it couldn't have been big team, because it took so long to find a match.

No this never existed. H3 only supported 4 player Co-op and did not have Campaign matchmaking.

HAHA troll, halo was pushing the co op boundaries already with 4 player co op... most games have two player and there has never been an fps with more than 4 player co op. especially halo

Small Community, Lots of Fun. We do Halo, Minecraft, and much more.

There was only ever 4-player games. And no matchmaking. I would know. I've played Halo 3 since day 1.

Are you merely trying to alter the past in a way in which what you say is true?

I would hope not... Halo 3 only supported 4 player co-op. Never once did it support 16 players in one campaign lobby. That is virtually impossible. Get that set in stone, deep into your brain.

How am I trying to alter the past?
Quite simple. The fact that you so intentionally and thoughtfully believed that the campaign feature in Halo 3 (may I add, a game developed in 2007) supported 16 players in a matchmaking sense. Do you not comprehend what I'm trying to state here? So many others knew for a fact that it never supported that amount, and you declared, (and may I so willfully quote) "I'm not joking, I swear on my life, and all of my future children I remember this, and it couldn't have been big team, because it took so long to find a match."

Then, someone ignorantly commented later, "And you have what proof to say it didn't exist? Seems there is no evidence to say it did or didn't."

Don't try to say the past is what you remembered when you were proven wrong by multiple users stating otherwise.

And you have what proof to say it didn't exist?

Seems there is no evidence to say it did or didn't.

Fact is I've played this game since it was released and this never existed.

Player 1 was Master Chief
Player 2 was the Arbiter
Player 3 was random blue elite guy.
Player 4 was random red elite guy with flight armor.

now I am ignorant, I was clearly stating that he had no evidence to support this.

You have hurt my feelings.
Do you not understand what I just explained?

The fact that you knew it wasn't true (16 player co-op), you still deliberately posted one of the common "there is no proof" statements. I'm sorry to "hurt" you in anyway, but it really bothers me to see people arguing about the proposed online functionality of 16 player co-op campaign? I mean, saying that itself is like a "What the hell am I saying right now?" kind of thing.
