I am...whimsical today.
All the Halo's need to fire to wipe the Galaxy clean. But what would make them do so? In Halo GS says 'But when the other installations follow suit...' How would they know to activate and fire? In Halo 2 GS says that the other installations had moved to standby status. I assume that this means that they had moved from 'inactive' to 'standby', as I assume that there is only 'active/fire' abovve 'standby'. This only happened as Delta Halo misfired. Would a signal to activate be sent to all installations once one had sucessfully fired? Like a standby signal was sent in te event of a misfire? Would ALL the installations have to be manned for them to wipe the Galaxy?Ideas?
that is the function of the ark.... btw one of the halos will not be functioning
dude i have said this thousands of times THE ARK CONTROLS ALL THE HALOS FROM THE ARK YOU CAN FIRE ALL THE HALOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But only when they are all on 'standby' are they ready for remote activation. I suppose the Ark could send a standby signal? Like Delta Halo did, but there would not be much point to put the standby signal in the Ark as well.[Edited on 5/31/2006]
well...the Ark is like the control panel for all Halos so yeah...
Then what is the point of the standby signal, if you can do it all from the Ark anyway?
