A. If Halo 2's graphics wouldn't run smoothly on the Xbox, why would you want them to try and get Halo 3 on there?
B. You have at least a year to save up enough money to get a 360 and Halo 3, I don't know why you need "a library of new games". Let's say it costs $600 to get a 360, Premium Package, an extra controller, and Halo 3. Hell, let's say $700. You would only have to save about $60/month to have enough money. And that's assuming it comes out May 31 of next year, which it most likely won't, it will probably be later. That means you would only have to get a job and work 8.57 hours a month at $7/hr. to get enough money.
Buck up and get a job.
