Still using a pump-action shotgun over 500 years in the future I see.

omg not realistic stop game production plz

Not really, I remember getting matched against a team of Inheritors when I was searching alone and thinking "Oh god why". Somehow me and the randoms I was with pulled off a very close victory (it was like 50-48 though).

Have faith in me

I usually look at their service records. See their kills in Matchmaking. I sometimes make fun of Warrant Officers, but then I find out.....

It's true.

I'm new to competitive Halo and Halo itself (Reach being my first video game ever actually). Message me if you want to play;

Reach: MLG, Arena, Doubles, BTB and customs.
Halo 3: Ranked MM and customs.

Also I have every Halo title and all of its DLC on the Xbox 360.

Usually rank just means experience. What they do with that experience is what makes players good/bad.

rank, k/d 2.0 +, arena rank - k.d, commendations, party communications and trash talk confidence level..stuff like that i factor in when i judge a player before a game.

I play games for gameplay, not silly gimmicks

H3 MM warrior

Reach S7, 8 and 9 arena warrior.

H4 MM legend

Only in arena.

Global rank means nothing. I have a warrant officer alt account.

PLAY MY FORGE MAPS!

Maps completed so far:
SKY SQUARE

In a game where you can rank up by losing enough matches, ranks mean nothing.

Half of what I say is true. The other half are also lies.

░█▀▀ ░█▀█ ░█ ░█▀▀ ░░█▀▀ ░█▀█ ░█ ░█ ░░░

░▀▀▀ ░▀ ░░░▀ ░▀▀▀ ░░▀ ░░░▀░▀ ░▀ ░▀▀▀ ░

Only in Halo 3 did rank mean anything. In Reach I could play 100 forges or something and rank up. Doesn't mean I got any better.

Rank = EXP

NOT SKILL.

  • 04.14.2012 3:29 PM PDT

No. I'm a perfect example. I'm a Mythic and I'm awful. Lol Besides, once the game starts, rank is the furthest thing from my mind. I see someone from an opposing team, I strafe and shoot. I'm not going to stand there and think,"Oh, in the lobby that guy was ranked Inheritor. I better run." Rank means nothing on the battlefield, I'm shooting no matter what.

  • 04.14.2012 3:49 PM PDT

Nope, because when I do I underestimate them and get my ass handed to me.

  • 04.14.2012 7:56 PM PDT

Now day...wait...nvm i'm tired.

Nope. Rank does not equal skill. A player could be good and only a sergeant.

Leon > HUNK > Wesker > Ada > Jill > Claire > Chris

Usually I can predict the actual skill of the player based off rank.

Private to Warrant Officer/Captains usually suck, especially if they have a guest, because they are new and don't really understand gameplay mechanic.

And then higher end players like Reclaimers and Inheritors usually suck because they FF AFKed, boosted credits, or bought his account.

In Halo 3, yes when I was a try hard. In Reach? Never.

"In Halo 3 not all 50's were good players, but all good players were 50's."

Your opinion is invalid.

Most Inheritors are awful. Its weird considering how much they play.

Tru7h. C4RN4GE. Bungie.

The only judgment I make is that the higher your rank, the more accurate your K/D reflects your skill.

When you first start a new account, your K/D could be really high but as you play more and have some good and bad games your service record becomes more balanced.

RIP Bungie Service Records. You shall be missed.

If they're a Warrant Officer, I assume they're bad. Rank just shows how long you've been playing the game. Which means that they know tactics and how to take map control. Which shows if they're good. (Unless I see that they have 95% of matchmaking in Firefight)

The Tech Game

1,000,000+ Members, and still going strong!

No I look at their Kills/Death.. most of the time.

My Youtube channel, i post Halo gameplays and clips. :)

There's a fine line between experience and skill.
A talented private could lose to a bad kid inheritor. Simply because the inheritor knows the game much better.
But in contrast, I find it makes no difference. People could be on new accounts
