is it even possible to mod on a 360? bungie has to do something.

first off, not yet (completely) possible to mod a 360, where you can take it on to live. Second, even on the old xbox, people cant mod the bios to where you can play a full moded disk and still get onto live. Only DLC can get modded, (at the moment). That will give you, what, a good few months?

Now, stop crying. The thing you should worry about is bridgers, because a changing of a console wont slow them down.
