These:
M6C pistol - I can understand why this is in high demand. Using it single wielded to score headshots in the Cairo station hangars and bomb room was pretty satisfying
H2 style sword - sword flying must return
Sputnik - turning enemies didn't exactly replicate Chief's strength but it did manage it a little
Black Eye - the overshields. Cqc was survivable! Although I'd prefer a combination of H2 and H3 Black Eye so I don't always have to get a kill for the shield recharge/powerup.
Assassins - one of the most monstrous skulls that ever existed in a Halo game. The current skulls are quite puny compared to this
Angry - finally, a way to alter AI rof, an actual AI modifying skull. To expand on this, it should also increase firing range
Envy skull
Elite Ultra - I love Reach Ultra Elites but they don't pull out swords
Elite Councilor - They should have a chance to be distinguished from Elite Ultra
AI drivers - less freedom, the better, although I'd prefer AI to stay seated in the passenger or gunner seat all times unless I get them out. The sergeant who hands you the gauss hog on Metropolis has a strict driving route.
Jackal sniper - they got so nerfed in the newer Halo games. It's just sad.
They should put on their goggles only when enemies are close, for supreme accuracy.
Their damage should be determined by enemy proximity. If the enemy is close, 1 shot should be instant kill. If the enemy is far away, 1 shot should be strong enough to remove the shield.
That would be better balancing imo.
However, I would not like to see:
Brutes - they're never fun to fight and are at their most reasonable state in Reach, with less damage sponge properties
dual wielding - means weapon nerfing. Also, it's already been confirmed that H4 has no dual wielding
dual Needlers - Dual Needlers means severely nerfing the needler's effectiveness. I'd rather have the CE Needler for multiple supercombines on an enemy, big supercombine explosion radius, effective homing, and for supercombines on dead bodies
H2 style bosses - other than the Scarab and Tartarus, the rest are just ridiculous! I want to blow up Regret with the rocket launcher but I have to beat him down. How do I take out the Heretic leader? (it was quite puzzling at first before I found out that he hides)
