Subject: Brighthouse Ubee Modem Issues

If anyone could help me with this issue, I would truly be forever grateful. Recently, I upgraded my internet from Brighthouse from their terrible 7mb/s internet to their new road runner lightning internet capable of up to 40mb/s. The first day, all is well on my xbox, and then the next day, I am experiencing connection interruptions about every 15 minutes thus lagging me out of games (custom or matchmaking). Although the drop is only for around 2 seconds, I get lagged out every time and it is extremely frustrating now noticing that my connection before was much better than this new internet. Has anyone had any issues like this before or any solutions to this?

call your ISP. I had the same issue. They needed to replace the cable cord that attaches to my modem. Apparently the guy put it in a way that gave poor bandwith to my modem. I got a free month of internet :D
