Ive played H2 ever since its release online. I consider myself to be a good player, LV30-Slayer, LV29-BTB. Anyway, Ive gotten lots of Running Riots, also 15 in a row , and even beyond 20 in a row. I would appreciate it if the achievements would be difficult to acquire online, seeing how I have a 360, and I still play H2 95% of the time, for instance, maybe have an achievement for getting to levels 20 and 30 , but not beyond that because once you get up to 30 its hard not to get into a game without getting bridged or cheated in some way. Basically just make the Achievemnets really hard to get online. Also maybe make anyone who quits a game lose a level automatically or something, something along those lines.

I'd love to see the achievements for finishing campaign on every diffuclty and maybe even achievements for winning ten or twenty games. But please no achievements for reaching a certain rank or level (if they still use the level system). It'll just encourage new ways of cheating.

what i was getting at is , havent you ever done something really sweet as far as killing wise and have no real way of showing it except the medals you get. like when you take down 3, then 4 of the opposing team in sucession, then take down two more in a row 10 seconds later. or getting the deep voiced guy in the game to say "Unfrigen believable" , by having achievements for all of this and much more, it will show who has some skill. and who is just posing as a die hard halo player.

That is a good idea but in halo 2, if you lose power to your xbox or your internet drops out, it registers as you quiting and thats not really fair game if a power station blows up(god forbid) and you lose a level and its entirely not your fault. Even if a player quits a game because they cant continue playing (i must admit, somtimes i do that and i really kick myself) due to their own reasons, they shouldn't lose a level. The only people quiters are immedeatly hurting are themselves and if your on a decent team with an equally matched opposing team you should be able to hold your ground. I just think the losing a level for quiting is a bit drastic.

as for the achievments, they are always sweeter when youve worked hard for them ie. surviving 1million points in geometry wars.. i wish..
