Basically, I make the best topics ever.
Feedback!
Duardo: This thread is locked for being stupid.
cortana 5 : It's perpetually my time of the month and I'm just grouchy.
Foman: I see absolutely no reason, either theoretical or practical, that this is not a superb idea. Excellent work, my friend.
I'm not sure this goes here, but I made an educated guess and believe that this forum is more appropriate. If a mod feels otherwise, please lock.
Bungie, through the Halo series, has always been characterized by very unique audio, both through effects and music (*Tips hat to Marty and team*). That said, my understanding is that the audio for Halo 4 is being revamped to fit a new team and transition. But my question isn't about Halo 4 or 343, but rather about the future of Bungie.
I'm curious to know if Marty and team plan on building off of the mood and atmosphere developed in the previous Halo games or if everything is being revamped for 'Destiny.' I realize that Bungie is dark and yada-yada-yada, but it seems as if this is one of the least discussed aspects of Bungie's next big thing. I've always associated Halo, and by extension Bungie, with fairly moody, dark, and somewhat haunting soundtracks and I'm having a hard time picturing the next game without that.
TL;DR: Speculation as to the future of Bungie's role in sound.
EDIT: Don't start topics when tired kids: I somehow put down Franky instead of Marty.
