Well, you could make your own group, here at Bungie.net, start your own forum, start your own server in HPC, there are lots of ways to do it.

Best way to do it is get a website, get some forum system set up at that site. And buy, or host, a dedicated server (maybe put the address to your site in the name)

phpBB is good forum software. Addyour.net is a good host
and clanservers.com is a good Dedicated Server host

Or, if your clan is small enough, (say, <3 people) you can just communicate via email, AIM, Yahoo Messanger, MSN Messanger, XFire, Ventrilio, Steam, Teamspeak, bungie.net PMs, or telephone calls.

When you do so, you may go to www.ventrilo.com and download it for your future minions to communicate in a much easier way. That is, if you have a microphone. I had that problem, so I simply used the chat. I also use MSN messenger. And the better thing is that if you have a microphone and Ventrilo you can talk with your fellow teammates simultaneously playing, and it doesn't slow down the game! It's extra convinient.
