You spawn, i kill you with a sniper, you spawn again, some wraith takes you out, you spawn again, a ghost takes you out, you spawn again, get sniped again, are you going to quit by now? no? spawn again, get DMR spammed, spawn again (inside your base or something) shotgun kills you one shot, spawn again, banshee bombs you, spawn again, the enemy stole your own wraith and revenant and now they all are camping your spawn, do you REALLY think that spawn killing takes ANY kind of skill? no it does not because they take EVERY advantage you can possibly have against them, that is not skill, that is them MAKING UP for their utter lack of it. Its basically the same as if no weapons or vehicles spawned on your side of the map.
Now think about it this way:
Who lost map control?
Who's sniper player died?
Who rushed for Spartan Laser and forgot to get it?
Who jumped in the Wraith and immediately pushed forward and died within the first 20 seconds?
Who sat in their base on their own flag and didn't push forward?
The only reason you get spawn skilled is because you put yourself in that situation. If you actually used "skill" and proper positioning to AVOID all the things I listed above, maybe you wouldn't be staring at your respawn screen 95% of the game. You getting spawn killed is the end result of how you set up in the first place.
If we were talking about chess, both players start with the same pieces at the beginning of the game. You didn't think and threw away your knights, bishops and even lost your queen. Now you're complaining because your opponent is just destroying you across the chess board when you lost all your best pieces in the first few moves. Think about it.
