Sing for me, will ya?

I for one know that I definitely read all the Employee posts, and I also look at the Ninjas posts. Do you?

Whether or not the person is Mythic I don't care, I am more likely to read a moderator or employee's post though.

I enjoy urk's posts because they are usually comical, and sometimes helpful.

I enjoy reading Duardo or FoMan's posts for the same reason I enjoy urk's posts, but I also enjoy reading dazarobbo's posts because the only person he agrees with is himself :)

No one cares what us Mythics have to say.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

yes, and then quoting them will make my post more special.

The only posts that stand out for me are employee and ninja posts. They usually have something intelligent to say.

Seriously though, I rarely read replies in the first place. If I do decide to see how people responded to my thread, or someone else's, I will read all of the posts, and, perhaps, respond to something they said.

I don't pick and choose based off the color of their title. I read everyone's because everyone is equally as in my important; at least that is the way I see it, and I don't doubt for a second that everyone else respects one another's voice similarly.

It doesn't matter what member title a user has. Ninja posts still catch my eye (it's the salmon text, I swear). And I'm likely to read gold text; but even so, I'm also likely to read all the posts in the topic.

Yes for Ninjas/Employees, but it depends who it is, I'll do the same for users who post intriguing information regularly.

If you assign every letter of the alphabet a number, a is 1, b is 2, etc., and you take all of the values of the word "MATH", and add them, you get 42. So math is the meaning of life, the universe, and everything.

The colors make it hard for me to ignore them.

It may seem childish but when reading a thread posted in by a Mythic, it feels as though for whatever reason it has more importance.

For instance, totalymassive usually has really cool contributions to the Halo 2 community. Even Legendary members seems to carry an aura.

Mythics are like Titans. They used to exist peacefully alongside the Mods and Employees, worshiped by lesser beings. Battle soon ensued and they where cast out for too many jokes about Fomans mother, and sealed away within the forums. Now forgotten, alone in silence plotting revenge.

OT: When it comes to very specific questions, I do look for that gold text for an official answer.

For me, I try to read all or mostly all comments on posts. Because a person can be a member and have a better argument than a "mythic" guy or a ninja.

Employees always knows what to post so.. yeah.

I read employee and ninja posts in official type threads (rules, and other site business). In other more discussion type threads I read every post (within reason).

I think everyone is inclined to read an Employee's post as the golden septagon draws people into a topic.

I read what I find relevant no matter who posts it....skipping over the stupid responses.

If you're reading this, congratulations. You've just pressed a button to find out a little bit more about me. Not that you will, but well done anyway.

Employee posts are always an interesting read, and most posts by the ninjas have some worth to them. I do pay more attention to posts by Mythic members, but I won't seek out posts by Mythics.

That said, the worth of any post, by any member, can only be measured once it's read. Unfortunately, I do tend to judge people on title, so...

As I spend most of my time in The Flood, I normally default to ignoring the post of most common users, because they generally aren't worth the time. I pretty much read Legendary and up if I'm trying to skim through a thread to be up to speed with the discussion.
