Haha, I would think not. The military is looking into exoskeletons; but I can't imagine them basing anything off of a sci-fi video game, especially as we don't have similar technology.
I would imagine the Military already has a full functional exo-skeleton that's like the Crysis armor.

I think you need to lay off the games for a while...
Ask yourself this, in 1944 would you believe that we had a bomb to blow up an entire city instantly? Or in the late 70s would've you believed that we had an 'invisible' aircraft?
I seriously wouldn't doubt if the US military had some sort of combat ready power armor along with satellite weapons.
If they have invisible aircraft, Why not invisible suits?
