My Halo Reach won't load any content.
I don't know what to do. I've cleaned the game, restarted it many times, but It just won't work. xD Halo 3 won't either, and I'm sure my other Halo games won't work as well. (Halo, 2, 3, ODST, etc,etc) It won't load Fire-fight, campaign, Match-making, anything!
Help. ;-;
Should I get a new Halo? Clear the Cache? ;-;

Bump...
The Disk is pretty scratched up too. xD But, it never had this problem until I tried to play it today.

Do any of your friends have the game? Try installing theirs to your hard drive (assuming it works correctly) and then playing off of your disc. That may help.

Well, you said your disc is scratched. I'm 99.9% sure that's why it's not loading, even if it was just a couple days ago. You'll probably need to either borrow a copy from somewhere and install it to your hard drive, or buy a new disc (which I'd also recommend installing).

I'm not sure if you know about the installing feature, but if you have a big enough hard drive with enough space, you can install the game to it. You still need to have the disc in your Xbox to play it after it's installed, but the disc won't spin anymore. This prevents wear and tear on the disc and means that even if the disc gets a bit worn, you'll still be able to use it.

I'll probably get a new Halo Reach, but that doesn't explain why it isn't working with only my Halo games. The other games I have work perfectly fine. Also, It keeps on say, 'Disk could not be read.' yet it still lets me play the game. -.-; So confused. xD

Please go to the correct forum as this is off topic.

That's what I'm probably going to end up doing.
I already have the game installed in my hard-drive.
If I uninstall it and then re-install, will I loose all of my progress? ;-;

Can I go out on a limb and guess you're a Halo fan? You probably played each title a lot and the discs on all your Halo titles are probably ruined/worn. That, combined with how old the would be in general is going to render them unreadable in all liklihood.

Um, if the game is installed already, I doubt it would suddenly have this error. May I ask how big of a file Reach has on your Xbox?

As true as this is, this forum is really dead. One guy asking for help isn't hurting anybody.

Yes, I am. xD But, that doesn't explain why some of my other Halo games aren't working. Like, Halo CE. I've only played the game once and It doesn't work. Won't let me load anything. xD

Yeah, see, the title itself isn't installed on your Xbox. Reach's entire game's installation for me took 6.6GBs alone.

For a bit of a tutorial as to how to install a game, watch This.

FYI I think you have to hit X for game details now, not Y. Y now ejects the disc because of the new update. Still, the idea is the same. Don't try to install your current discs as they are already not being read and will probably not install correctly. You should, however, do this in the future when you have a game you will play a lot, and don't want to break.
