"What are we holding on to, Sam?"
"That there's some good in this world, and it's worth fighting for."

Hey, I'm definitely in. My main tag is A Liberal, but I'm playing on Rxfle for the next few weeks. If possible, I have a team of four that would like to join. Here are our gamertags:
Rxfle
Innocents
Hydricide
Fear Venomm
Edit: I didn't see this:

Okay, here's what I'm going to do with players for season 1. I'll give the people who haven't signed in their GT yet 1 more day. If they still haven't, you guys can grab friends who want to play and I'll remove the old players who haven't signed up. Everyone who has their GT next to their name is safe. Right now I have 15 people officially ready, waiting on 5. So all of you who have friends who want to join can post their GTs tomorrow. However, this is still what I want to figure out: Should we just assign the teams the way Colossal Dave suggested? I think that's the best idea so far. Otherwise, I could just grab a team of all 5 stars who do nothing but play Halo all day and have 400000 EXP. I'm sure everyone else could too. Probably the only way to keep it fair is by putting more skilled players with less skilled ones. On the next thread, I'll post links to the callouts for MLG maps. I think that it should be a requirement to know those, at least. How does everyone feel about this system? Above all, I want everyone to enjoy this, so if you don't like it, say something!
I'm completely down with playing, and my team would consist of myself and three 5 stars with a billion exp, so that is understandably not fair. I'm completely okay with random teams or whatever; my gamertag is Rxfle.
Yeah, that's my main concern. Nearly everyone participating is able to grab some friends who have four hundred sexdecillion EXP, which just won't be fair, unless every team is like that. Not every team will be, so they'll just be knocked out and not have a good time. Admittedly, you're asking for it when you join something competitive like this, but it's also meant to be fun. I think random teams is really the only way to do this.
Sorry to everyone who would prefer to pick their own teams, but this is really the only way.
Actually, maybe it's not. If we get enough people, what if we just build a few leagues: Bronze, Silver and Gold? We definitely don't have enough people for this season though. If we had like 50 people I'd do that, but we don't, so randomized teams are happening.
Question: Would everyone prefer completely random teams, or should we just pair highest with lowest?
