OT: I really like this idea seems like a lot of work though. Glad to see DeeJ respond.

“Oh, it’s a little bit of everything, it’s the mountains, it’s the fog, it’s the news at six o’clock, it’s the death of my first dog, it’s the angels up above me, it’s the song that they don’t sing, It’s a little bit of everything.”

I think I'd rather have them work on their next game so I can play it. No time for reading our silly replies. Also, I think that they are too busy for us anyway. Making a game doesn't happen overnight.

This, I don't want to be the reason for Bungie to lose focus on their project, they are already busy as it is for them to deliver us a great universe. The best way to help Bungie is let them do their job.

I'd like to point out that DeeJ isn't a programmer/artist/whatever taking time out of the development process to talk to us.

He's part of PR and his job is to dance for our amusement. Well... basically.

This is interesting at least, I'm not sure how well it will work though.

I find you rather shallow and pedantic.

That actually sounds pretty cool.

WE COULD ALSO : set a challenge for them, if they can't complete it in x amount of hours then they give us some swag :).

the only problem i have with mine is that it's unstable,[very shakey],so you'd need a tripod for it.

Does anyone actually have any swag that would interest Bungie?

If a Bungie employee wants to know what the community thinks about something, he or she just comes to the forums and posts the question. If they want to set rules for the replies, they do so and community members generally follow it (and moderators occasionally enforce it). It's happened many times before.

Why you gotta piss in our cheerios?

This thread would have appealed to me more if it was written with crayons.

I broke one of the cords for my X11s because I couldn't get past the final American course in Doritos Crash Course.

The only problem I see with this is that if we are answering the questions in a thread, we will have seen the answers by the time its written up. It would be kind of like re posting an edited thread.
I guess if there were hundreds of replies your not going to read every post though so it could work.

Some people don't ask questions until prompted. It sounds like this is less about "getting information we need from the community" than it is about "interacting with the community".

Personally, I think these types of ideas should be encouraged... Not shot down.

Furious George: The new -blam!-

That's a pretty snazzy idea, Hoob. It would be interesting to see what questions they could come up with, hopefully a mix of serious-ish ones and funny ones.

For the record, I think it's been established that most of us like pie.
