H2V is where these skulls go. Go make them possible thorugh modding.H2V's modding tools are incomplete, there's lack of a dedicated modding community, and it lacks the versatility of even CE's basic modding tools. You can't even modify bipeds without getting an infinitely looping sequence or 'game stopped working'. And AI modding is severely limited. H2V's campaign deserves to be forgotten.
OT: My skull ideas.
1. Harbinger
Effect: all Elites at the Tartarus battle are Councilors (excluding the 2 berserking Zealots).
Skull location theme: 7 waves of Elites like IWHBYD but the Elites are Councilors and are on Great Journey (for a potential Elite vs. Elite fight)
2. Squeaky Hammer (from Smash Brawl)
Effect: Tartarus' hammer doesn't do any damage (except when he melees scenery objects).
Skull location theme: 2 teabagging Brute Captains wielding hammers
3. Footstool Jump (from Smash Brawl)
Effect: Super jump off of any AI
Skull location theme: resurrecting a classic from CE; jumping Grunts.
4. Tune Up
Effect: all Covie vehicles receive better hover height, making the Spectre, Ghost, and Wraith much better and supplementing their traction.
Skull location theme: miniature Covie vehicle figurines in a circle, including the Shadow and Scarab
5. Shrink
Effect: all vehicles are now small and if you get in them, you become small as well. Hitboxes unchanged
Skull location theme: very difficult to spot skull
6. Restoration V1
Effect: first person passenger seats
7. Restoration V2
Effect: sword wielding Elites can now leap
8. Restoration V3
Effect: Hunters pursue you to the ends of the earth
9. Restoration V4
Effect: Needler detonation timer is reduced, AI now acknowledge their doom when stuck by many pink needlers, trying to get them off
10. Master
Effect: The Wraith at the beginning of Great Journey is replaced with the Scarab, which you can pilot (turret guns are automated)
Those ones sound epic
Noob skull: Enemies hide around corners at every oppurtunity
Mystery hat: Weapons fire profectiles from a random different weapon
