That label is so stupid, ever since it's been used in that Reach propaganda video of Halsey describing Noble Team, people have been using it left and right to describe the "OMG he's badass becuz he's hyper lethel".
All Spartans [II's in particular] are "Hyper lethal" When taking into account individual differences some show different strengths and weaknesses and they are all different because of it.
The only notable similarity between the Chief and N-6 is that they are silent protagonist in which you the player play as. Hell, by Reach's definition we can assume the Rookie in ODST is hyper lethal as well. As he shares that common characteristic.
But for the sake of this thread and looking past that term that has riddled the forums since it's inception. I would say Fred. Because the whole idea of a "hyper-lethal" Spartan under these guidelines means who is the best spartan [I.E givin a special title] although I would say all of them otherwise, with the exception of the Chief[due to lead character canon sheilding].
