I'm a self-professed noob when it comes to this forum, so be easy on me. I've recently started to play Halo: Reach again after many months of not having time to play my Xbox at all. Last week, there were two games I quit during the week (the first being an annoying 1v5 and the next being a non-connect game, being stuck on the load screen for about 5min straight). The following day, I decided to boot the game up again and before the menu even comes up, I get the "You've quit too many games recently...." message. Long story short, this message continues to pop up DAILY. I could deal with it for a few hours since I'm not a quitter, but the second scenario I described last week happened again today and it's really getting me annoyed. After one game, it bans me. Is there something wrong with my gamertag now & is there anyone I can contact (besides Xbox Live Support, whose chat transcript I have saved just to show what a bunch of BS their "support" team is)?
