Subject: If you were...

@spawn031

"So much of what we do is ephemeral and quickly forgotten, even by ourselves, so it's gratifying to have something you have done linger in people's memories." John Williams

You sir, just bringing back all that is good in this world. The epitome of humility is arising.

63 pages of tears sufficed quite nicely as well.

If I am not posting, then I am reading what you might have posted.

I would do my job and do it properly.

Name's WIlliam,

For the love of God it's pronounced mister-shag, not misters-hag.

New accounts would have to pass some sort of test. Maybe just making sure they are competent enough to use the forums and not create a fuss. You know, maybe a test isn't the right word. Maybe they would have to go through a tutorial involving what good posts are/are not. Learning how to use the search bar and proper forum would also be involved.

Also, make a x day waiting period before new accounts can post to forums. It would make it harder for people to make new accounts after being banned, and people that are just making accounts to scream and complain would have time to cool off.

Hello, I'm Mr AwesomePizza. I like pizza and I'm a man. Reasoning for the name. I like to listen to the classics of music, write poetry, play video games, and much much more. I'm always down for a nice chat, so please hit me up for some conversation.

Break down, every single one of you.

I would try to get the community to like me, but I have zero tolerance for trolls and flamers. They would probably all hate me. In the end, however, I wouldn't care if that is what it took to get the job done. They would learn to fear me, as they rightfully should.

Sometimes starting back from square one does good...

Ask smart questions
http://catb.org/esr/faqs/smart-questions.html

I would sit on my desk and pretend I'm doing something while eating snacks and making obnoxious posts whenever someone asks a question that I will know the answer by turning around and looking at someone else's screen.

Although I would work sometimes because I would love the place.

Canada isn't that important that it needs two of the same threads on page one.

I would ban every person that misuses a meme and that calls image macros memes. I would also ban for use of emoticons. I wouldn't ban good trolls, though. B.net really has none of those, though.

Meld my mind with the site and operate it with my emotions.

Same.

I spend too much time here.. too much time indeed.

I tweet?

If it were my job to manage the community? I'd show up at work a half hour early, use that time to go over my emails as well as any other inter-officer communications to keep up to date with what's going on in the company and if I should expect anything out of the ordinary from the community that day. After I was caught up on that I would probably snatch a soda and take it back to my desk before carrying out the duties of the "community guy", which at the moment appears to be keeping vague about any new developments while still drawing general interest from the community and answering silly questions.

Maybe post pictures of cats, you guys like cats right?

Just keeping it real, dawg.
