Subject: Hmm, what can we depict about Requiem and the campaign?

I get the feeling that the hostile Covenant in Halo 4 are the Servants of Abiding Truth or a similar fraction of Elites.

Yeah, that'd be ONI's fault.

I mean, that group going from two old bombers and a boarding craft to a LARGE fleet, when the Elites can barely keep their ships together?

Or could have something to do with the Forerunners; if they've made an appearance over the last 5 years, a -blam!- load of Elites are suddenly going to see the Servants as their new Prophets.

Just a thought.

And I do not recall it being called a LARGE fleet, just a fleet. Which is exactly 1 unknown quantity of ships more than Cortana originally thought.

Vengeance only leads to an ongoing cycle of hatred.

You would think the Elites would've learned their lesson the first time. Always looking for somebody to follow. It's funny because they seem much more like the leader type.

Half-Jaw and The Arbiter are really the only leader type Elites we see.

The existence of the Forerunners was never in any doubt for them....

And really, the Forerunners returning being an excuse for more war? Really? That's almost as cheap and lazy as saying that they would bomb the Covenant back into the stone ages for the War, as an excuse as to why the Covenant would never bother Humanity again.

We may as well be rolling dice to determine story outcomes at this rate here.
