7 is too high. get used to 5 or 4 and you'll be good.

I play games for gameplay, not silly gimmicks

H3 MM warrior

Reach S7, 8 and 9 arena warrior.

H4 MM legend

I have played on every sensitivity for at least a 2 week time frame.

It comes down to what you feel comfortable with, but my top 3 are;

2

4

5

Anything above 6 feels too shaky imo.

I'm the same. I haven't played for a bit and I can't aim, it takes a few games to play yourself in.

Moved to 4 sensitivity 3 years ago and gradually went up when I felt I was looking around to slow, now I'm on 8 and loving it :) Helps sniping those idiots shooting you in the back lol

Are you playing on a different tv? Is the tv you are playing on now a flat screen, this could be your problem. If the tv has screen lag, it will throw your shot off, and it will be impossible to adjust.

You don't suck! Sensitivity takes a little while to adjust to ;)

TV is HD, but sort of smallish. I never had trouble with the controller before now, but I think it maybe the way I sit. I used to play in my basement. Then I went to college and now I'm in my bedroom. I sit on my bed instead of a couch so that might be -blam!- me up a bit. I don't really know...

It's really bad and really hurting my sniping and movement. I normally can just jump to the side without thinking and land all the guardian jumps, pit jumps, ect. Now I have to actually stand completely still and move my aim stick, then move my avatar. It's just not a fluid motion anymore. It's slowing my entire game down. :/

I might move my xbox coz I have options, but all have annoying implications. My basement is where I used to play, but my Dad uses that for his music studio. I don't know if my brother will let me use the living room TV.

Skip here for TL;DR
It's a bit hilarious how bad it is. I watched film and there are times I overshoot by like two avatars and then land three shots. The aim magnetism of halo is so noticeable if you have bad sensitivity. guess I'll have to lower my sensitivity, but I honestly think it was one of my biggest advantages. I'm going to start playing on 4 because I refuse to go lower than that.
