What's the best way to position myself in the beginning? I always go to Blue Window and put shots on Green and nade S2 but I'm sure there's a better strategy.

On Elbow Spawn I go Green and support whoever goes Camo and put shots on Blue Room. Seems to work out fine, though if there's something better I'm all ears.

It depends on the game, but assuming MLG, here's what I do, and I've always found this works well.

Elbow spawn, I push S2, drop S1 and work my way around to put shots on potential lifters, then I push snipe and watch camo with snipe.

Blue spawn, if I'm playing people that don't know what they're doing, I push lift, grab snipe, drop down to S1, and back up to green until my team clears out S1-3.

If I'm playing good people, I rush down, below -blam!-jump, jump across -blam!-jump > bottom gold, and I push mid/elbow depending on their setup.

You seem to be a more defensive player, though, in which case I recommend pushing top gold and nading sniper down to top mid, which allows your teammates to put shots on the people/person that inevitably rushes it.

Thanks. I'm actually more of an aggressive player though, often to my detriment. On guardian I play more passively because my teammates rarely make smart pushes

Yeah? Then try my tactic of rushing bottom mid on blue spawn. If you want, you can add me on Rxfle, and I have a film in my file share of me working that strategy against some doubles pros titled 'Snapple?'.

I go from bottom blue and jump across to hammer and then nade S1, or do I go green and knock the guy off of green and then push elbow?

In memory of those fallen in the defense of Earth and her colonies.

March 3, 2553

I always rush to Invis. No matter what gametype. Its a good way to get a quick kill and a powerup.

It depends on where they go; you'll learn where to go after a few times. The goal is to take control of sniper tower, or to get into a spot where you can help your teammates take control of sniper tower. For example, if two or three of them push elbow, then going S1 is your best bet. I usually rush S1 even if they send only one kid green, but I tend to tank through, and my push there comes with hundreds of games of practice.

If you see all of them going S1, or only one going elbow/green, you should take green control.
