I am mainly going for a gaming PC. I want to be able to play games like Planetside 2, BF3, DotA 2, Starcraft II, DayZ, Blacklight Retribution, Diablo III, Minecraft, and other games of that nature.
Some questions:
Is this build relatively future proof? Will I be able to play BF4 when it comes out in about a year?
Did I miss anything (compatibility issues, bottlenecking, etc.)?
Is there anything that I should be putting more/less money into? I would like to spend around $1000 for this PC.
Just in general, what do you think of this build? Definitely get a bigger PSU, 460 leaves you little room to do anything. Especially if you plan on overclocking.
