My mom got her laptop on a special at Microcenter for 250, so I'm just gonna wait for one of those. And it doesn't need to and a good laptop, I just want semi decent specs, since I'll buy used if I don't o for a deal. Since I am building a desktop later this year, I don't need t worry about this lasting.
Here
$250 @ Microcenter. Granted, you can't play anything but the least demanding games, and even that has to be on the lowest possible settings to play comfortably (not even good). So honestly, I'd save that $250 and just wait. Spending it on a laptop like that is almost a waste, IMO. I'd get it, because ill still need a computer when I go to my dads house. I don't even want to game on that, its strictly for casual/school work usage, the only gaming I'd even think about would be Minecraft. I'll check with my mom and see what she thinks.
Also, greekboy, why such a big PSU.
What would you suggest? I'd like one that has at least a little room to upgrade. 650W, Corsair or OCZ are really good brands. Also, make sure its 80 Plus certified.
Thanks both of you, and of course 80+ certified :)
