Made this budget build. It's for the people on a loooow budget. You could always remove the optical and change the PSU to a $25 PSU. That'll bring the total price down to $300, which isn't bad considering the CPU. Heck, you could even downgrade that.

I'm sure you could run it for about two years safe, but any longer than that and you'll most likely see a downgrade in performance. Kingston RAM is notorious for eating up voltages, while Samsung is generally considered the most efficient. Should I consider getting new RAM or possibly try to attempt to squeeze as much performance from 1.575 volts?
Or even revert to 1.5 volts (so the DIMMs will run at 1333 MHz), will I notice a dip in performance?I suppose it's a matter of personal judgement. I've heard of people who run 1.65v fine, and those who have issues with it. The difference between 1333 and 1600 isn't any more than 5-7% or so, so you won't see any major real-world changes. See what 1.575v does and if it BSOD's, run 1.5 @ 1333. I don't see the point in getting new RAM right now when you could spend the money on other stuff.
