Why?

Let's make the motherboards and GPU's circles while we're at it.
Also, it's a good time to be an AMD fan. I'm now certain the GPU I get in my rig will be a 7950, as I'm hearing it's pretty much overtaken the 670 as one of the best cards out there.I'm not a fanboy of either side, but let me point out some of the clear flaws.
This graph starts at 90% as opposed to 0. It's a marketing tactic to make it seem like they are gaining more performance than they actually are, which anyone would be able to point out. I find it funny that they use "percents," which could be tested with benchmark programs which show no real-world performance. They should have shown FPS. At that, they don't show settings or resolution, since AMD is natively better at higher resolutions, but not every gamer uses three monitors. Again, no actual benches, and they could be comparing those to non-overclocked cards.
Then you have to consider how inconsistent their driver updates are. nVidia adds this stuff in a lot of their drivers, and more often than AMD. Sure, they might be ahead now, but in the future that could very well change.

Alright brotatoes I've finally taken the time to sit down and make me a build.
Opinions and feedback in general are welcome as I'm not the most experienced with this stuff. The hell is up with your RAM? It shouldn't be more than $40.
You should definitely get a 660 Ti, or at least a 660, instead of that 560 Ti 448 (which isn't even that much better than the 560 Ti compared to the 570). Benches for same-priced cards.
I would also grab a better case which has USB3, a consistent interior color design, locking 5.25 trays, and actual HDD trays as opposed to screws. The Rosewill Challenger and NZXT Gamma fit these minus the USB3, and you can get other better cases for dollars more.
Also, the mobo is pretty sketchy. Intel doesn't exactly make the best mobos, and the reviews prove it. Check this one.

MSAA and FXAA are just different types of AA
Just FXAA is easier to process and a lot more effective That's why it's called faux approximate anti-aliasing, har har.
