Agreed. AMDs have always been great for their prices, but at $195, that's some good bang for your buck right there.

I got these cheeseburgers man....

How many cores did they manage to fit into this one?

Huh. So did this series of CPUs finally start to get some power and actually be some competition?

Yeah, the FX-8350 is now quite comparable to the Core i5 3570K. But still, the 3570K wins in certain sectors.

Plus, I've heard it'll be priced lower.

Why don't you just order an 2x8 RAM instead of 2x4? Why such a big PSU? Get a Samsung 830 or 840(if they're out by then). And you might want to look at the 7950s, as they're supposed to be a a better bang for you buck right now compared to the 670.

CPU: Good.
Mobo: I have no experience with higher-end mobos. I guess you plan to do extreme overclocking (4.8 GHz or more). Thing is... where's your cooler? I'd pick up a Corsair H100 since you obviously have the money.
Memory: Personal preference, but Corsair RAM does not overclock well. Don't expect to go past 1600 MHz, as it is rated. My 1866 can't even hit 1866 without upping the voltage, as opposed to my G.Skill.
Storage: The HDD is perf, but shouldn't you get a 128/256GB Samsung 830 SSD? I highly advise it.
GPU: Good.
Case: Good.
PSU: A bit powerful. Plan on SLI'ing in the future?
Optical: The usual.
OS: The only benefit that Ultimate has over Professional is the ability to use it in any language. That's it. Is it worth the extra $50 to you?

Who the hell do you think I am?

Why such a powerful PSU?

It also has Bitlocker by the way, but there's better third party encryption programs out there that are free.

Yeah, but I've never used it. W7 Ultimate is more of a dick-swinging thing than for functionality.

Yeah, there's really no reason to get anything other than home-premium.

The only reason is if you need more than 16GB of RAM, and you won't.

I don't even get why Ferrari needs 16GBs.
