Ugh, any easy way to go about this? I used the CMD to remove some of them I believe, but I'm not sure which are the generic drivers that came pre-installed and which are the ones I recently installed (which I've actually still got on my flash drive).

Try uninstalling the old ones first.Honestly, I've never actually had to do it before. And now, come to think of it, there are probably heaps of the things. If you don't mind it, the best and easiest way around it would be to wipe the drive/s and reinstall windows. It's a new installation anyway, right? Shouldn't be much hassle.
