Try to pick a mobo from this list. Yes, I know it's Fry's, but that's where I bought my stuff and I'll have to make do with their selection for now. Ordering online isn't really an option at the moment.THIS!!!
I know it's Z68, but that's a $180 motherboard normally. I own the P8Z68-V Pro/Gen3.

...are these yours?
Either way, those are just stunning!
edit: What are the keys in picking a good motherboard? Let's say I want to utilize a SSD, and a PCI 3.0 GPU. What do I need?
There's too many motherboards from the $100-$200 that don't seem to be different...They aren't mine, but I have plenty of links to builds like them.
For motherboards:
Get an AsRock or ASUS. MSI and Gigabyte work fine, but they're not the best value for your money. Everything else is meh.
First, you might want to check the RAM slots. 4 DIM's that can at least run 1600 are preferable.
Then look at the SATA ports. You want two SATA6 and around four SATA3. Eight (four of each) is even better.
You might want a PS/2 port for a mechanical keyboard or multiple USB3 ports for your back panel, so look at that. Also, check to see if it has a USB 3 port that can plug into your case.
If you want to overclock, do some research. Generally, you want the newest chipset unless you can get a good deal on an old one. The "features" that are included on motherboards probably don't matter if you don't already know what they are.
And like you said, check to see if it has a PCI 3.0 port or if it can run x16/x16 instead of x8/x8.
