CPU: You're spending $20 more on a CPU that only has better integrated graphics than an i3 3220. There's no reason to do this, so save yourself the extra money and get the 3220.
Mobo: That's an excellent motherboard, but it's pretty high-end for your budget. If you plan on getting an i5 or i7 later overclocking, keep it. If you aren't, get an AsRock Z77 Extreme4 instead, which is $30 cheaper.
RAM: There are only three brands you need to know about: G.Skill, which has a lifetime warranty, Corsair, which is a great brand but not any better than G.Skill, and Samsung, which as opposed to the other two brands, only sells one type of RAM stick, which overclocks super high but doesn't look very pretty.
Your stick is a 1x8GB, meaning that it can't utilize dual-channel memory. You want a 2x4GB, but keep it at the same 1600 MHz speed that you already selected. I suggest this.
Storage: A 1TB Sata6 64MB would only be dollars more.
Video card: That graphics card is pretty low end for gaming. I'd suggest getting a 7850 with the money from downgrading your other parts. This is a 2GB model, so make sure that if you purchase it from a different website, it's the same exact model. Some cards are only different by one letter in their name.
Case: NEVER NEVER NEVER purchase Antec cases. They have no room behind the motherboard for cables. You want to look at Corsair, NZXT, and some Cooler Master cases. The 200R is a great budget case.
PSU: That's a pretty cheap PSU, and not in a good way. It's not 80+ rated, non-modular (the cables are all attached as opposed to being removable), and the cables aren't sleeved. It's also a low-wattage PSU. You want at least 500, preferable 600 for one GPU. I'd suggest the OCZ modular 600W.
