This probably has been talked about A LOT but I havn't been on the message boards recently. I would like to know if there is a way I can setup custom games in Reach to have CE settings (like the current anniversary playlist...No bloom, 3 shot pistol, etc. etc. etc.) Can anyone give me directions to get my blood gulch (AKA hemorrhage) CTF games as close to my old xbox connect games as I can? or at least point me towards the forum/topic this has already been discussed in? Thanks guys. Halo CE forever!

The jump height should be enough to let you crouch jump onto a supply case. But iirc, Chief could jump up it without crouching.

Increasing the movement speed won't improve the strafe afaik. Playing as an Elite might fix that but I'm not sure.

Gravity should be left alone or 150%.


Imo, these weapons should appear: plasma pistol, pistol, plasma repeater (replacing the plasma rifle), concussion rifle (replacing the needler), rocket launcher, sniper rifle

I'm not including the AR because ugh, it's unreliable. The Reach plasma rifle has to be fired fully automatic to be effective. If fired semi-automatic, it's just sad. The Reach needler is kinda nerfed and the supercombine time still haven't changed from H3.

Vehicles: Ghost, Revenant

I'm not including the hog because it's not sturdy. Revenant is included as a partial replacement since it's got a passenger seat. I believe it could replace the rocket hog better instead of that horrible Reach rocket hog.

This is not perfect. I just came up with it. I'll edit it after I test things out myself.

Things you won't be able to replicate afaik:

-plasma rifle stun (stun=slow down player)
-general plasma stun
-needler detonation times
-EMP (shield removal) plasma grenade
-no lunge

I am interested in this as well. I am trying to create Anniversary settings for custom games in Reach. I was able to cut down health to 50% to get three head shots, but now grenades are way overpowered. Does anyone know how to set the health levels where they are like the anniversary settings?

Health in CE was the same as shields.

Afaik, Reach health is 45 hp and Reach shield is 70 hp. CE health and shield was 75 hp. That means health should be about 60% higher than shield (I'm not good at math)?

Do you know how to set Reach to anniversary settings? I have tried to mess with the shields in a variety of ways and cannot figure it out.

I was a finalist :P

To get to 75HP, you need make an increase of 66.66....% to the health when compared to Reach's system. I don't think intervals are increments of 5%, so you have to make an increase to player health by 70%.

Same goes for shielding. You need an increase of 5% to give 74.66....HP. The increments do not permit going up by 5's, so you'll have to set the shielding HP to that of 110% of Reach's.

Overall: Increasing health by 70% (170%), and increase shielding by 10% (110%).
