I am a highly creative artist (always trying to become better) with a Lucas-type imagination. I love video games ( Halo being one of my favorite of all time...of course ), and I have so many wonderful ideas about improving games, gameplay, etc. I was wondering what it would take or what is necessary(what you're interested in or looking for) to become a member of your team at Bungie? I am constantly developing ideas that I would love to put into action because, seeing others gain enjoyment from my work would be more satisfying than anything else I can possibly think of. Please reply to this. I hope to hear from you("you" being someone from the company). If anyone else has input, I welcome any and all positive replies.

I think that to really impress them you might want to be more supercilious and less self- deprecatory. I am assuming that you already have a sense of humor.

Oh, and a resumé wouldn’t hurt either.

Most definitely, Recon. As for armegeddon: look in the nav bar at the very bottom in small print. It says "contact us" (us meaning Bungie). That might help.

What are you...some kind of sick twisted english teacher? Yes, I have a sense of humor. Demented...yet still have one. Thank you for your wonderful and intellectually colorful input.

Well, you failed the first test: Find the job openings page. ;)

In all seriousness, good luck. Not only do you have to be damn good to get a job at Bungie, you have to mesh with Bungie.

I tried that already. It doesn't give you specifics. Again...I appreciate your simplicity.

Damn, screws me over the big one. I'm neither funny nor smart. Good luck armageddon, try submitting an email with resume and perhaps some art samples, if they catch their eye its more likely to entice them to look at your resume. Again, good luck!

I reckon some of the most important overall factors for job seekers are an amazing portfolio, experience and personality. A lot of talented people share the same aspirations which makes it very competitive. Getting the proverbial foot in the door can be the most difficult challenge. Contract/Part-time assignments are often times a great way to open doors. Each position and discipline has its own requirements so it's hard to generalize.
