Subject: Mods should be able to do...

Every member of the Covenant shall walk the path. None will be left behind when our Great Journey begins. That is the Prophets' age-old promise, and it shall be fulfilled!

Group raids. They can basically go into your group and take control of it. Then, they can ban trolls and alts with in the groups they hide in.

I don't think that makes any sense at all. Why would they do that?

"You get what you put into it."

When Legendary is too mainstream, you have Heroic. When you're the leader of the church of MLGeezus, have Epic in your username, and can't write 'About Me's' to save your life, what do you get?

This guy. And now, an side note: Most things I post contain lethal doses of sarcasm, so be warned, and try not to take me seriously.

Finally, a message to Bungie trolls everywhere.

No. A million times no.

I'm pretty sure I can manage my own groups with my own moderation staff. The only reason why someone who isn't in the group would need to come in and take action against my members is if we are all breaking the Terms of Use of the website and Achronos or another super user feels the need to step in and clean things up.

Trying something once will increace your chances of success, because you tried it. Try someting twice, and your chances increase yet again - seeing as you've done it. Try something a few thousand times, and your chances of success is exponentially increased; this increase would likely provide success every time

Yeah, this idea is pretty awful OP. Not a fan. Plus, it's not like they would ever do it.

You imply a level of control over Halo: Reach matchmaking that we no longer have. Or, in your vernacular, it isn't our shiznit anymore.

So apparently you're the Protege of the leader of the Mythic Rebellion, are you supporting the idea of mods having more power? Also could you explain how your proposition in this thread makes any sense?

Also what?

Groups are a way you can carve out your own niche in the Bungie community and run it yourself - but in doing so, you must deal with all the issues of running such a group yourself. Bungie will not mediate personal disputes. The public forum moderators have no authority or visibility to your group unless a group administrator gives them permission. Your suggestion conflicts with the purpose of having user run groups.

Or just ban the trolls and alts in general.

No. The forum rules are only for the public forums and therefore there would be no guidelines for such an act.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

I can see it now
