How are player chosen on teams? Its just seems like its a game of Russian roulette.

If everyone is in a game solo then it seems like this:

Best Player+Worst Players vs. Average Players

In any match you can be any of the three.

I play games for gameplay, not silly gimmicks

H3 MM warrior

Reach S7, 8 and 9 arena warrior.

H4 MM legend

depends on your trueskill.

If you have the highest, you will have the worst teammates.

But if you search with a party you wont have that problem.

100% Australian.

My Connection
My House
My Pet

Basically what Meags said. If you go in alone and have high trueskill, you'll receive the worst players from the pool as Matchmaking attempts to average the teams out.

Well, it's about time I saved something informative.

I still believe it has to do with some sort of witchcraft though.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

From what I've seen, this is how I think it works:
One game: Best vs. worst.
Another game: Best+worst vs. average.
Yet another game: Best+worst vs. best+worst.

Always up for REACH customs!

Most score breakdowns per team are something like 22 - 19 - 8 - 2 where there's an obvious wild disparity between the skill levels of individual teammates.

I don't know why anyone thought it was a good idea to "balance" teams by pairing experienced veterans with blind newbies. It's not fun for the good players who are basically forced to carry the bad players, and it's not fun for the bad players who are matched against people far above their own skill level.
