I know this has been asked before (what hasn't, lol). But we all know how the searchbar works... or doesn't.

If they do then I imagine they often see some pretty disturbing things or get others spoiled for them. If they don't, do they use context clues and just take action according to what's reported?

  • 05.27.2012 11:34 AM PDT

I think they always have to take one for the team.

  • 05.27.2012 11:35 AM PDT

Not sure, I would guess that some might actually check all links in a reported thread.

Red?

You learn pretty quick the chock the bottom left when you hover over a link. You also learn when one of those links looks suspicious.

FB10 ? That makes me sound like some sort of mindless Bungie Bot.

Now, in the quantum moment before the closure, when all become one. One moment left. One point of space and time.

I know who you are.

You are Destiny.

Do you click every link posted in a thread?

There's always the 'hover' option as well.

Doesn't he have mod powers, though? I thought he banned Tinman that one time.

I'm over-simplifying. And perhaps orange would have been a better description of the color of a ninja.

Well, here we are. I guess that it was destined to come to this.

Nope, don't have to and won't.

If someone makes a statement that their link is offensive, or warns that it is NSFW, then they should know better than to post it. There's more than a few link altering sites that will make a benign URL into a dangerous or sketchy looking link. Anyone posting those gets banned too.

It's like pointing a toy gun at a cop. Sure, you're not "really a danger" to them, but they're going to shoot you all the same.

I can tell you for a fact they don't. Someone made a thread about CoD and in the OP was a NSFW link. I checked the thread the next day and it was still unlocked. I'd also like to mention that a certain mod was posting in the forum while the thread was a hot topic.
