He probably isn't. The BBC is a publicly funded company (PLC) and is completely made by it's viewers. Any e-mail a public member sends them must be replied.

In this video the UNSC logo used was from the video game "Halo" it stands for United Nations Space Command.
This logo comes up in a google search "UNSC" if you want to check.
Apperntly "it" is blammed.

PLC stands for Public Limited Company I think, not Public Funded Company.
