Do you think it would be better if the Halo PC had microphone capabilities? I watch my brother play counter strike and he uses the mic and I just think "Why can't Halo PC do that?" lol I want to "say" so many things, but I cant because I suck at typing so...i have to hold back...lol. I also think it would improve the game too.
Do you think that maybe HALO2 for PC will have that? Or any future Halo PC games?

Just want your thoughts.

I don't think it would be better if HPC had support for microphones. (And Counter-Strike is a good game.) Besides, there are programs like Xfire, Ventrillo, and TeamSpeak for that.

Halo PC is a bit dated, so they didn't think of putting built-in VOIP for it. Halo 2 is too much of a team-based game not to have microphones, so they probably will. And probably for H3PC too.

Most of us are okay with typing on HPC, along with most other games. I, for example, love to frantically type in "STFU, n00b!" in between shots. :)

Yeah, we understand. In HPC you can run and type, but you can't do them at the same time. So you can't "walk and talk" at the same time. But for some of us know how to type really fast.

Time! 5.89 seconds!

Hey, I type 100 WPM, who says I can't walk and talk (I Just jump, type antidisestablishmentarianism, and continue walking without missing a beat)

Anyways, I would never want that in game, it just takes to much power to do something like that in the game engine. Which is why I use ventrilo on my club's server.

Why not just use X-Fire, you can talk with your friends as long as it's set up before starting the game... I mean there are PLENTY of solutions out there, why does it need to be in game?

:) I made up the last one (don't bother clicking it xD)

EDIT: Why can't I ever get markup to work :'(

Me too!

Btw, those URLs are typed incorrectly.

http://www.ventrilo.com
http://www.goteamspeak.com
http://www.xfire.com

You can't get the URL tags to work because there are no spaces in URLs.
