Hangouts, media sharing, private chats, circles, resharing posts.
It's how ideas are popularized, contacts are made, and individuals can share just about anything with large groups of people.
From its launch, many groups have migrated to Google+ such as those interested in technology, photography, and cooking. This is to the point where there are massibe robotics Hangouts, Google+ photographers conferences (where several attendees got to demo Google Glass), and posts everywhere on how to impress a date with delicious homemade food.
You don't have to see all of it. You can circle people and pages and see only what you want to see when you want to see it, or circle no one from certain groups and see none of it. Huge discussions begin in comments and ideas begin in Hangouts.
The one group seemingly missing from Google+ is gamers. Imagine being able to start large game nights, share tips and strategy, give feedback to developers that actually gets noticed.
This is why I think Google+ would be a great place to bring the Bungie community.

Forgive me, I'm not familiar with Google+.
What does it have to offer that would better our existing communication?
