I came for Halo, but I heard the Tru7h, fought thru Carnage, and stayed for Bungie.

No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care.--Teddy Roosevelt

...There must be other protectors manning Bungie's walls besides Jerome and his hammer. If Jerome was sick and couldn't make it to work, who would take over at the security desk? Or if he's on vacation? Does he have a bunch of underlings that also guard the premises against overzealous fans and other intruders?

EDIT: How come we never hear about them though? I'd like to hear what the night-shift has to say about Bungie.

Bungie has 24/7/365 security.

This is the way the world ends,
This is the way the world ends;
Not with a bang but a whimper.

Silly child. Your entire concern is based off of the presupposition that Jerome gets sick or needs a vacation. He is always there, always watching, always lethal. Beware.

I'm sure they have more than one security guard, but even so, their studio is not "out there," so no one is going to try and break in or anything.

I am not a silly child. I am 20 years old. That makes me a silly man-child, good sir.

That other guy

It is impossible for Jerome not to make it to work because it is not work, it is his life.

You imply a level of control over Halo: Reach matchmaking that we no longer have. Or, in your vernacular, it isn't our shiznit anymore.

If we heard about the security it wouldn't be as secure would it?

Seriously though Bungie must have more than one security guard of course.

There's a lot of them, but Jerome's the Head of Security.

I just saw a green monkey nut shot a small tan lizard(?) in a gunny sack.

I always wondered this as well. I got my degree in Criminal Justice and was wondering how they went about hiring security guards because I wanted to apply.

This.

Jerome is no mere man. He is a force, like gravity, or the Force.

You may be special but that doesn't mean you're useful

Impossible.

The silver man from Terminator 2 was based on Jerome and therefore Jerome is infallible.

Sort of.

I fear to imagine what the building must be made of to withstand such awesome power.

Its just that Jerome is the head of the security so he is the most well known.

everybody listen to mac2po he is 100% right

I think Bungie needs to implement an automated security turret like Valve has in their lobby. It's possible, we have the technology.
