Whoever created the quit ban is a waste of flesh who deserves to have his/their family(ies) get terminal cancer as quickly as possible. THe quit ban is completely ill-advised, unnecessary, and actually makes the quitting problem WORSE in Reach than it ever was in Halo 3. Add to that the fact that somehow a teammate quitting in team doubles counts towards the quit ban and death is too kind of a fate for the quit ban creator(s). Hopefully the quit ban created suffers as much as possible before death, because they are even more worthless than the sycophants who post on this board to defend them, and that's saying a lot.
Quitting was not a problem in Halo 3. Certainly no more than any multiplayer out there. The quit ban had to have been put in by a conservative, because they sure like to legislate morality. If you can't handle quitting, don't play multiplayer. The quit ban is an utter failure as it does nothing to curb quitting. In fact, it could be argued that the quit ban makes quitting a bigger problem, as it incentivizes quitting. Whoever devised the "you have quit too many games" message that pops up incessantly during gameplay deserves a special kind of cancer.
THe betrayal boot is assinine as well. I know they say that there is a formula for determining boots, but giving how half-a$$ed an effort they put into the rest of the multiplayer, do you really think they took the time to create a formula for the boot option? Hell no. It's completely random and completely stupid. HOw about this? The first betrayal in any game is free. Every betrayal after that in the same game gives the betrayed the option to boot. Simple. Understandable. Fair and logical. Of course, asking Bungie to show intelligence is like asking a Republican to show integrity. It never happens. Bungie has been milking the success of Halo 1 for 11 years now. Thank God they are off of making Halo, because honestly, the games have been declining in quality ever since the first one. They're still good. The problem is they used to be great. And take out the -1 for suicides and betrayals. It incentivizes a single player tanking the game.
All of you who defend Bungie on this thread, may you and yours get cancer and die horrible deaths, you worthless sons of b*tches.
