I apologize in advance for all the crappy jokes I make.

The -blam!- filter is supposed to filter words used on a link but with named hyperlinks it doesn't seem to work properly.

For instance, I just saw a link to r otten.com here(even though the link was not bad, that site is blammed), but it worked perfectly.

Look at this link on the bottom of the screen (it's just an example, don't hurt me, mods!).

Yes, that site is probably the oldest shock site on the Internet.

I lol'd... but would it work if you just did a normal hyperlink, and not a named one?

If I am not posting, then I am reading what you might have posted.

I see. Interesting. I don't know what to say.

I'm really not sure, that filter sometimes works properly, and sometimes it doesn't.

It works when quoted. Look at the quoted link. It's blammed.

He meant the rotten link in the thread he linked to.

It's not quite censored it out. I can clearly see his profanity words when I moved my mouse over the links.

I think I just figured out why. It's kind of hard to explain, but I'll try.

The filter works properly when the same bad word that is in the link is also written out of the link, and in the same post (that's what he did).

If you don't write the same bad word out of the link, you can bypass the filter.

Example.

-blam!- (the word is pr0nz).
