Now before i begin, i would like to request that this post doesn't turn into "the arbiter rocks n00b" and "no, he sucks you little panzy butt kid" like another one that i hapan to see. please keep this constructive.

That topic already posted served the purpose of wondering what happans to the arbiter. however, i'm asking what everyone else thinks of the arbitor in relation of the story. i will first give everyone mine.

In halo 1, bungie gave us up to speed on the human side of the story. in halo 2, they gave us a glimpse of the covy side of the story. In fact, it's normal for a writer/writers of a book or even a game for that matter to give both sides. i really don't know why people hate the arbiter so much. it gave us more info on what the covy is based off of and the imperfections or confilcts that happan with the covy. it also gave the story a more interesting plot than another plot that some people want(humans are good and covy are bad and must die). it's foolish to look at things in black and white, this or that, cool and uncool, good and evil, etc. the humans and the covy both have their dark side, as does anything else in this universe.

Now, the arbiter gave us that glimpse. and i'd like to see where that story goes. He probably wont show up much in halo 3, but he will play a big role in the story.

there, this is my 2 cents. what are your thoughts?

Curent Games: Gears of War 2, Dead Space, Halo 3, Call of Duty 4, The World Ends With You

XBL: KNIGHTOFDRAGONS

It's spelled Arbiter, but that's not the point.
Here are some things I think the Arbiter will do. After 343 Guilty Spark shows them the location of the Ark, they probably will look for a ride out. So they'll try to hijack the Brute-controlled Cruiser and fly out. But then he sees high Charity is flood-infested. This part, I think 2 things may happen. One, he goes in and finds Cortana and Gravemind and stuff like that, or two, they just forget it and fly to the Ark. That's where I think he meet's the Master Chief. I doubt this is how it's going to be though. Knowing Bungie, it probably wouldn't be that easy to figure out.

If I don't see you, good afternoon, good evening, and good nite.

The Arbiter should eliminate the flood on High Charity and escape with Cortana. Then, he should return her to MC. Half-Jaw should lead the campaign against the Covenant since the elites hunters and grunts are separatists. That's what I'd like to see happen with Arbiter. Simple get in, get the construct, and deliver it. He should take up 3 to 5 levels.
