So I am pretty sure that I found out that pi is equal to infinity. It is pretty simple and is based on the concept that if you keep adding a positive number to a number infinitely, the original number will eventually reach infinity.

For example Pi = 3+.1+.04+.001+...

You are adding an infinite amount of positive numbers together, so the sum must be infinite.

I'm sure it stops SOME where.

You cannot "reach" infinity.

Pi does stop. It just takes a really long time.

It happens to us all.

3.15 > PI > 3.13

04s suck

Wouldn't 1/3 be infinity then too?
Because it would be 0.3+0.03+0.003+0.0003 etc.

Nope.
So far PI is infinite. There are super-computers trying to find its end. So far, none has succeeded.

I will own everyone in Halo: Reach

Pi < 4, so no.

The numbers that you are adding become infinitely small. Infinity divided by infinity is finite.

You cannot "reach" infinity.

I never said you could physically reach it but mathematically pi is infinity

No it doesn't, Pi is irrational.

OP, it cannot reach infinity, since 1) infinity is a concept and 2) he isn't adding integers constantly, you go down a place each time so you will never reach 4, let alone infinity.

You can't reach infinity. Infinity never ends, so there is no conceivable way for it to be 'reached'

You're right, Pi doesn't end either. It makes sense when you apply simple math principles.

I'm sorry that I made you guys mad but I hate people that are muslim do to the fact that the quaran specifically says kill or convert the infidel. You can look it up if you want. If you need to cross a road, but do so by crossing halfway, and then crossing halfway again, and again, etc. Will you ever get to the other side?

3.15 is finite but Pi isn't so you can't compare them

Yes, because of limits, and Zeno's Paradox is dumb.
