Olly Olly Oxen Free.

I was thinking. At the end of halo 2. Sarge, Keyes, Guilty Spark and Arbiter are discussing the halo rings. They dont appear to be attacking each other. And, the Elites, Hunters, and Grunts are rebelling against the rest.
What i was thinking was, When master cheif is walking toward whatever it is in the halo 3 trailer, the covenant fly right past him. phantoms, banshees, you name it. AND they DONT attack him? why? i reckon they have teamed up with the humans. or atleast. the elite & co. this is assuming that the elites & co kill the rest of them.

the elites didn't rebel against the covenant they were kicked out/exiled
the grunts, hunters didn't get kicked out. they just helped the elites. so maybe the covenant will be the same but without the elites(replaced by brutes) and whatever there is new

since brutes are not the new lead soldiers maybe they would be a bit smarter and not go crazy when they are the last ones, i hate when that happends

Well no the elites are rebelling against the others. The Brutes tried to kill all of the Elites. They tried to kill the arbiter and Brutus or whatever his name was said he'll die with the rest of his incompetent race(the elites.) So there is still a civil war going on, but the only actual one who knows of the nescessary alliance between human and covenant is the arbiter and of course the sarge and keyes.

And all those banshees and ships very well could all be friendly covenant to the chief, or they could be enemy, but if they discover that big ass holy structure, they're not going to see some tiny ass man in the middle of the desert....thats what i think.
