One question that comes to mind now that you say the wraith will be drivable:
Will you be able to jack vehicles?

Sorry, Tango. I got lost in a quote tunnel and I forgot to look at who I was originally responding to.

I fully understood your original question, I may not have explained it clear enough for you. The Wraith controls much like the Scorpion. You manually seek your target with a single reticle, then you left click for the primary fire, or right click for the secondary fire.

WTF!!!! I hadnt actuallly thought about that. But it would definately be the thing to do.........if they could actually do it. That would be so sweet. Like when ur playing and some stupid elite(<<spelling) comes down and tries to smash u with his banshee, u grab on and rip him out of the cocpit (<<spelling). That would be............like getting another pair of arms!!!!

Actually, it's more like automatic ejection of the banshee pilot since Halo 1 wasn't designed for that. Think kicking a marine out of the back of a hog.

But if its still getting the person out of the vehicle and then gettting into it yourself than that is still just as good. But the question lingers........CAN IT BE DONE!!!!!
If it is possible than i am shure that everybody here would wait like an extra week (if we had to) for u to put that in (if it isnt in already)

Nitrous had it worked out way before November 9. They were going to put it in Zanzi_CE, but they needed it to be in SP to work properly.

The way it would work out is the animation for you entering a vehicle would play at the same time the animation for exiting. It's not true boarding and there aren't any custom animations you could get going if that were the case. Kornman might be able to work something out with PY, but it's not possible to do it like Halo 2 at the moment.

Wave of Lag's Municipality has the Kestrel. You'll need to use debug to get it though. It didn't fit in that map, and it was quite buggy at the time, so it wasn't spawned by default. You can find it at halomaps.org.

And yes, SP=singleplayer and MP=multiplayer.

An xbox version will be released eventually. The shaders will have to be reworked to where everything will show up as best they can. The xbox is running on older hardware and doesn't work exactly like the computer version.

The xbox version uses tags simply called "shader". These shaders are what you see when you play the game. They're responsible to applying the bitmaps to the models, making the models glow/not glow, deciding wether the ground spits up dirt/ice/water if you drive a hog over, and so forth. In the port to PC, these shaders were elaborated on to take advantage of the open ends of the hardware spectrum. If you take custom content from PC and port it directly to xbox, you have to "de-elaborate" the shaders soo to speak. I'm not certain, but I believe PC uses four more in addition to what the xbox uses. Run one of those four on an xbox and it'd either crash or show up all white.

Oh btw, if you want the Kestrel to spawn in municipality you'll have to use the command
