WOW, are you guys sure your not a secret bungie team wanting to make new content for Halo CE, becase right now it seems like you guys are, you're basicly making it like Halo 2 and more, your even upgrading the graphics a ton which gearbox only did a little.

Q- Also how large is the map for boarding action going to be, if its going to be two ships then how large will the ships be and will their be fortications for the ships, will you be able to shoot down the pelicans, will the ship be one big base??

I herd people saying that thers going to be an Xbox version, but how could that be? you cant make custom maps for Xbox, can you?

There are several ways. We are definatly lookign for an xbox version, but there are several problems. While new xbox maps can be comiled, (www.halodev.org) our maps are quite large, we also compile them in a special way. Normaly a bitmap tag like the warthog or the levels is refernaced in bitmaps.map, so when a map is compiled, any warthog bitmap is ommited and the game loads the warthog bitmap from bitmaps.map. in our map, EVERY bitmap goes in. There is also the map Cashe size. Some of the maps have features disabled, like destoryable pelicans, and sometimes we had to remove weapons like the AARL, or we didnt have enough room to add in jackals (like POA, we would have put jackals in it, but the maps won't compile because there is to much data)

Edit: We are going to upload pics of Boarding Action Reloaded onteh website in a few minutes, check our website in half an hour.

Halo 1 maps are essentially the same no matter what platform you're on. The only difference is the way they are put together. A Halo Xbox map might read, "1, a, 2, b, 3, c, 4, d," while a PC map might read, "1,2,3,4,a,b,c,d" and a CE map might read, "d,c,b,a,4,3,2,1". It's just a matter of making tools that will convert halo maps back and forth across platforms.

CMT is dedicated to bringing back the maps where skill is required where you used each weapon or vehicle to counter another. Ships will be soley for transport, no Hugeass gamplay will be included

Is that a health bar I see over the shield meter? Also, what is that second shield bar doing on the right side of the motion tracker? Is that the health of your vehicle?

Yes, and yes. The health bar is located right above the shield meter. The health will turn color from blue, to yellow, to red as it lowers. To the left of the motion tracker is, in fact, the vehicle's current. Like your shields, the lower it is, the less health it has; however, unlike the shields, it does not recharge.
