They make the forerunners look like a bunch of cavemen. Only the halo rings can destroy their buildings, You could throw hypernovas and the entire covie and unsc and forerunner fleet at them and their buildings wouldn't even be damaged i think.

One of them did, but he said that he was the last only of his kind, but did suggest that there are other Precursor races.

Like the Covenant, a collection of races.
