Best. Mod. Ever.

Perhaps the B.net admin (Achronos) would be forced to choose an alternative admin before it was closed, or like in a Halo 2 party, control would automaticaly delegated to someone else.

For Carnage, Apply Within.

I have returned from the Untamed Lands. MOAP is dead.

He means in groups.

I think it shifts power to someone else. I've seen groups where the founder was deleted. But that doesn't really answer the question.

Yeah, admin powers are given to another member. I don't know how the selection works, however.

You don't need a person with ADMIN powers to run a group.

Proof.

When MBT was taken over guardian hunter was kiked out and everyones powers and ranks taken away, then the person left the group with the account that had admin powers and has his normal account in there.

Seriously, don't take me seriously.

Underground Pleasure - aren't you a bit curious?

Then you're screwed. Or you can get Achronos to barge into your group and promote someone else to admin.

Go to your room!

...Well I'm glad that worked, because those would have been terrible last words.

Well, surely the person who did the deleting would have admin powers, in order to go about the whole deleting business.

He's talking about account deletion...due to inactivity.

Devil is Double is Deuce and Joker always trumps Deuce.

I'm assuming it would just transfer down the guy who was one notch below the Admin. Or if there was only one security role, it might go to the member who'd been there longest.

No, its entirely random. In an old group with 800 members, the only remaining admin left. Without delegating power. Some completely random guy no one heard about, who hadnt logged in in like 4 months got admin powers.

Achronos had to give them back to the old admin so he could hand it to someone else...

They would have to find some one new or it would just go to another guy or no one would get the job.

O i know this.

Ok, The system scans the groups every few days to make sure it has an admin. If the group doesn' then it randomly picks one from the list of members.

Achronos told me that.

Skillet was here and referred to himself in the third person.

I don't think he would have to barge into anything...it's probably more like "Click, clicky, clicky, click, clicky, clicky, clicky, click."

And then there's a new administrator!
