I was just thinking how cool it would be if you could use the Official Microsoft Wireless Racing Wheel to control the Warthog in Halo 3.

What do you think ?

Then drop it to re-plug-in the controller when you exit... that sounds great.

That might be kind of fun, but most likely cumbersome to switch between that and a normal controller.

To Martyrdom,

Plug-in? Anybody that uses wired 360 controllers is living in the past and sucks.

One of the dumbest things I've heard so far. Thanks for wasting 17 seconds of my life.

How does the old saying go? A yes, if you cant say anything nice then dont say anything at all. So far all the posts ive read from you have been entirely negative and in no way constructive.

i think that its a bad idea to have a wireless wheel because you would have to switch between the wheel and the controler.

Why not map both controllers (The wireless gamepad and the wired controller) to the same player at the same time? it can be done: The wii is supposed to be able to do it, why not the 360?

Sounds to stupid to switch back forth between the controller and the wheel. Horrible idea.

well if you look at the wheel it does have the buttons and dpad, not to mention paddle shifters which could function as triggers, and who said you couldnt steer the wheel to control the character. it would be specialized for driving games but who said it cant be used for fps, its all a matter or preferance.

The same can be said for, "If you don't have anything smart to say, don't say anything at all."
